
Joe Ashkin, CEO, Falcon Express Transportation
Joe Ashkin has been the CEO and President of Falcon Express Transportation Inc. (FXT) since purchasing the company from the original owner in 2002. Headquartered in Beltsville, Maryland, FXT provides same day, overnight, logistics (3PL), warehousing and distribution services to the Mid-Atlantic region and has done so continuously since 1981. FXT maintains three operations centers to support customers from New York to North Carolina representing industries ranging from banking, pharmaceutical, medical, retail and a variety of parts distributors. FXT is also on the GSA schedule providing transportation and facilities management support to multiple government agencies.
Joe Ashkin has been in the transportation industry for 28 years and FXT has experienced substantial growth within the last eight years since being acquired by Mr. Ashkin. Under his direction and sound business planning, FXT has emerged as a leader in the regional transportation industry. Mr. Ashkin has served on numerous boards in multiple industries throughout his career and he utilizes his experience and constantly adapting outlook to manage in an ever changing business climate.

Tammy Camp, CEO, ComCorp
An established entrepreneur at 22, Tammy played a hand in numerous successful startups. She managed online advertising for Hotwire during their primary growth period, assisted Expedia, Priceline, eBay, and Amazon in scaling their international businesses, and assisted Harrods, Lloyd TSB, and Holiday Autos in growing their UK market presence.
Tammy currently serves as the acting CEO of ComCorp, an interactive agency specializing in search marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising. Also the lead product developer and social media campaign manager, Tammy helps companies like Staples, Wal-Mart, GM, and AT&T expand their reach online.
Tammy serves as an advisor to multiple early-stage startups in the web security, social media, and executive research fields. She is a board member for the DREAM Project (non-profit organization), is the Managing Director of Girls in Tech (South Florida), and is a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (in association with the YPO).
A graduate of Georgia State University, Tammy has been featured in the USA Today, NPR, and the International Business Times. She is a frequent guest columnist on Mashable.com, and writes a personal blog at TammyCamp.com.

Richard Nantel, CEO, Brandon Hall Research
Brandon Hall Research, an independent firm that provides, since 1992, objective research about workforce learning and development and talent management. Over the span of more than ten years, Richard has served the company as an analyst and technologist. He is the author of many research reports and has designed much of the software used by the firm, including Brandon Hall Research's KnowdelgeBases; online applications to help customers select and compare technology products and services.
Richard has more than 25 years experience working in the learning and development and talent management fields. His experience spans strategy, operations, management, marketing, Web and client/server-based application development, social media, programming/authoring, graphic interface design, and development of procedural and quality assurance methodologies. He's had the pleasure of working on many large projects for important clients including the Canadian Department of National Defence, SUN Microsystems, Cirque du Soleil and Pfizer, among others.
Richard Nantel also serves on the Advisory Board of McGill University's Centre for Continuing Education and on the Govering Board of Christmas Park School.

Jordan Serlin, Senior Managing Director, Ford Allen, Inc.
In his role at Ford Allen, Mr. Serlin consults for numerous mid-cap and large-cap companies on corporate financing and M&A strategies.
Jordan Serlin has significant public company operating experience. His previous roles included President and COO of Cenuco, Inc., where he helped led the company’s American Stock Exchange listing and eventual sale to Ascendia Brands. Prior to Cenuco Mr. Serlin was the U.S. CEO of Tenestra, Inc., where he led the initiative resulting in General Electric’s acquisition the company. He also served as the marketing chief for FortuneCity.com, and was an integral part of that company’s $400 million IPO.
Mr. Serlin holds the designation of Certified in Homeland Security from the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security, and is also a certified member of the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute. Mr. Serlin holds a B.A. in English from the University of Southern California.

Dr. Julie Shuman, psychologist and founder of Emergent Management Solutions, LLC.
Emergent Management Solutions is a highly specialized practice focused on executive coaching, team effectiveness and technology change management. In addition, she consults as an executive coach and consultant with Right Management.
Dr. Julie Shuman draws on over 14 years of practical and psychological experience, across multiple industries and sectors. She began her career in executive and accounting roles with Haywood Wakefield and IVAX Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Shuman then served as a consultant with Arthur Andersen, where she oversaw large-scale technology ERP implementations for companies focused in the transportation, retail and insurance industries. Some of her clients included Tropical Shipping, Sunglass Hut, Homeowners Group, as well as other Fortune 500 clients. She then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior consultant and specialized in leading major software implementations covering enterprise management, asset management and corporate financial management systems. She also provided independent consulting for San Francisco Bay Area technology firms.
Dr. Shuman comes to the table with a unique skill set encompassing industry experience, consulting experience as well as clinical experience. This unique perspective and skill set provides an equally unique coaching or consulting experience for her corporate clients. Dr. Shuman overlays her psychological knowledge and intervention skills with her business acumen to facilitate meaningful growth and change aligned with business goals.
Dr. Shuman pursued her psychological education at UCLA and then continued with a combined masters and doctorate from the California School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Shuman’s doctoral work provided an in depth analysis of the psychological attributes and dysfunctions of professional work teams.
Dr. Shuman is an active member of the American Psychological Association, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, The Florida Psychological Association, the OD Network and the Junior League.
